There isn't any particular solution! You have to take care of many things!
1) Make healthy eating and physical activity part of your daily routine.
2) Quit Smoke if you do!
3) Keep your blood pressure and cholesterol under control.
4) Take care of your teeth.
5) Pay attention to your feet.
6) Consider a daily aspirin (If recommended by the doctor)
7) If you drink alcohol, do so responsibly.
