The prevention of hair fall is not an easy task.Because it has no solution at all.You can save your hair only by caring.Reduce the usage of shampoo and avoid heating and coloring of hair.Always some ayurvedic shampoo and oils only by the doctor's prescription.

The best way to prevent hair fall is to massage  scalp with appropriate hair oil.Massaging the scalp will increase the blood circulation to the hair follicles and it will condition the scalp.That will also strengthen  hair’s root.Another natural remedi is aloe vera  gels which contains enzymes which promote hair growth.Bleaching the hair should be avoided as it removes natural pigment .You should also  use a a shampoo  that is suitable for your hair type.Eating healthy also prevent hair fall.

As a dermatologist, I know, its very hard to deal with hair loss, especially if you are a lady and facing this. It takes a toll on you both physically and mentally. My own grandmother has suffered through this and I know it very well.

So, your question shows that you are on the right path as you are talking about prevention. But, what is most important is you should know the exact cause of hair loss & then & then prevention strategy will work out. Other wise it will be darting in dark. So, I am sharing you the probable list causes:

1. Nutritional Deficiencies: If you are a teenager and on kind of some hardships.
2. Diseases like PCOS, PCOD.
3. Sometimes, Hereditary hair loss or Genetic Hair loss
4. Hormonal Imbalance.

Eat Proteins rich foods. Eggs, Spinach, yoghurt, cinnamon, oats, lentils etc are beneficial to prevent hairfall.

First it needs to be discussed with the doctor, but, as a rule, supplements and vitamins are biotin, inositol, iron, vitamin C and serene. Do not forget about hair masks. Do a head massage. If you make a massage with egg fat, it will increase the flow of blood to the surface of the scalp and to the hair follicles. The movements of friction and massage heat the skin and improve blood circulation, so that the cells of the follicles will get the substances they need, and this will have a beneficial effect on hair growth.
