raditionally, treatment involves talking therapy and medication. But evidence is emerging that making your body shake using Trauma and Tension Release Exercises (TRE) could also be effective in treating your symptoms.

Somatic Experiencing is a naturalistic approach to healing trauma while TRE mostly involves physical activites.
